Improvements needed

In this hotel, we stayed a dozen times since its opening. The hotel needs renovation and hygiene is not satisfactory. Old, defective TV, very poor wifi, odor in the rooms ... The beds are still comfortable and the linens are clean. Breakfast is satisfactory. We won't go back to this hotel unless ...
