Great place to stay staff very friendly and helpful

The Staff was awesome until the checkin. After that some of them were just o.k. there are lot of mosquitoes in the room as the shower have opening to the back. Breakfast was very low level, and breakfast staff are the worse. Not helpful not polite at all, feels unwelcome. Food was not fresh and not much options. Food at the pool was good, and pools and beach access are great! Don't spend on breakfast and bring two mosquitoes repellers. Also we had a giant spiderin the room that was a scary situation. Beside that it's beautiful

Staff were very welcoming during our late check in and even upgraded our room. We got the private suite but were unable to use it due to the cleanliness of it. We let the staff know and it was cleaned regularly during our stay but with no filtration it was still not clean enough for us so we just used the community pools. Beach tide varied so we didn’t get to enjoy that either because the water just wasn’t pleasant looking. I would stay again if we vacationed here with a few adjustments on my end.

Love the staff in Sunwing Kamala Beach resort. They are friendly and super nice. Their food are excellent with lots of varieties. Guest relation Raenelyn was amazing gave us information on top resturants around the beach and where to get a legit Thai massage. In Some kitchen, staff LetLet, Lovi, and Alyssa were very accommodating and made us feel at home.
