Sorry, more frustrating than positive

"I had read reviews and hotel advertising and seemed worth the additional cost so booked to stay here. I arrived early and found the location problematic because it's on a busy road and there is NO place to park a car. Not even an welcome entrance area so one doesn't know what to do.
