7.8/10 Good! (1,001 reviews)
The staff at the property are amazing. We were there for 10 days and as time went on it was like they were family. From when we arrived, we were greeted with a song. There are three restaurants so there is variety for everyone. My husband went on the river tubing excursion and loved it. The rooms were very clean and anything we needed staff were always helpful

9/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
Very nice hotel with spacious and well equipped rooms. A lovely big and comfortable bed.
Just a few mins walk to the shopping area with some great restaurants and the ferry terminal for island hopping.
Onsite cafe with food and drinks which was handy.
Great place, would be nice if the cafe music was turned down a bit though, even though it stopped mid evening it was a bit annoying to have the background noise within the room. Minor issue though and we look forward to returning soon.
We only spent one night but will be returning a couple more time
