I never write reviews however I was so supried. I ove this sweet hotel on Park Avenue South. All the staff are wonderful and always at your service. Housekeeping was challenging for a moment when communications were a little disjointd, however we solved it all and I couldn't have been happier. The restrauant is delicious, the location great for wherever you want to go in NYC. I did not test their business system however I was there solely on business and they didn't let me down. Called me a car everytime i needed it. I loved my tiny room, yet would have prefered a closet to a space beside the bed where my clothes hung out...that aside, this is a relatively new hotel in town and bravo. Thank you everyone who took such good happy care of me.
