Bed mattress was worn. Pillows were too thick. AC did not work. Toilet was difficult to flush

Everything, in general, was wonderful—the breakfast was exquisite. My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located.

Room is was super up to date and nice.

The room was spacious and the hotel was overall ok. However, we were there for four days and our room was never cleaned. We would leave in the morning, be gone all day, come back to shower and get ready for whatever show we were going to that night, and we would have no towels, garbage overflowing etc. The cleaning staff was out on the hall but never seemed to make it to our room. For that reason, we will choose another resort in the future.

Location was pretty nice and convenient. The eye sore of the dark tower of Donica Lewinsky was a drag. The property it self was nice.

Everything was impeccable. However we were blown away that they did not have a fan in the bathroom!! And the nonsmoking floor had many pot smokers. Go figure! The room was exquisite! The staff was wonderful! The service was wonderful! It is close to the sphere to see a show. The food was not so incredible. We paid 3 x the usual prices for food that was just ok. At most of the restaurants! We didn’t finish any of our meals. And we love food!! So if you go prepared for all this you should be fine…

I knew the hotel would be high end but it exceeded my expectations. The room was in good condition and was very comfortable. The resort itself had many amenities, restaurants and bars. The pool was clean. The location is in the middle of the strip and close to many attractions
