We loved our experience at the Aria! The view was amazing and the room was so nice and clean!

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. However, the layout made it difficult to sleep in a dark room. The bathroom window lets in light, and the partially open wall between the bathroom and bedroom only has shades that don't block light like curtains would. There is also a glass wall between the shower and bedroom, so turning on the bathroom light at night lights up the entire bedroom. Blackout curtains would help. My biggest disappointment was the room view. When booking, I specifically called to confirm I had selected a room that offers a view of the Sphere. I was told yes, and that a note would be added to my reservation. Before arriving, I called again to add my husband's name and reconfirmed the Sphere view. Again, I was told yes. At check-in, however, I was told the view wasn't guaranteed. I asked about an upgrade, but we were given a room without a Sphere view. When I followed up later that evening, I was told very few rooms in my selected category actually have that view and that I should have booked a fountain-view room instead. I wish someone had explained that during either of my calls. I specifically asked because the view was important to us and would have booked a different room had I been given accurate information. Overall, a nice room, but disappointing communication.

Had No Hot water in room and No AC. Had a repairman come and repair AC during our stay.
