There’s laundry in the washroom. I like that the toilet and the bathtub is separate. Bed was spacious. The room is very big compare to the other hotel in Japan. Love that there’s a fridge and kitchen in the room

Highly recommend, especially for first time travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is thoughtfully mapped, rooms were well designed and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Be sure to check out the breakfast (you save ¥200 if you book night before). Super easy walk (albeit takes a few times to navigate properly) to a major hub. Walkable to Ueno Park, Asakusa, and Jimbocho.

This has been my go-to hotel when staying in Tokyo across three trips. Great location, breakfast buffet, and sufficient rooms. Main area of improvement would be to have some healthier evening dining options beyond pizza and comfort food.

It was new and clean and I enjoyed the onsen. Having been to Tokyo several times already I found the location very good in terms of location to attractions, metro station, restaurants and convenience stores. The room is truly large and not just by Japanese hotel standards

This was the best hotel of the trip! The staff went above and beyond

Multiple breakfast options which was really nice. The room was wonderful, great views from our 37th floor. Everyone was very friendly and the shower was spacious.
