I had to change twice out of my room, in a three nights stay. First, because the air conditioning was not working on the first room; and on the second room: it started alright, everything working but then the electricity was out, and they couldn’t get it working. Finally, the third room worked smoothly for the last night.

Junior was incredible at concierge! He helped us out daily and provided both exceptional service and a warm nature! Pool needs to be heated for winter guests. Breakfast buffet was also very, very good! Safe, walkable area!
