servIce across theboar. The food, was excellent, rooms were cleanemployees were courteous turoughou my stay. I wished l could stay longer. The shift manager was knowledgeable and friendly. This is now my tourist destination next time.

The front desk staff especially the red head guy were rude. The room we upgraded to had executive lounge access but the guy in reception had to ask his manager if he can give us access as we presented our Egyptian ID’s instead of the Canadian passports. The hotel and facilities are nice, it’s just the attitude of the employees that make you feel not welcome!
