9/10 Wonderful! (3,199 reviews)
Room did not get cleaned had to repeatedly call for towels, house keeping didn’t care to clean properly.
Hall ways were dirty, staff wasn’t great. Had to unload and load the car myself while valet and staff watched.
Property is great staff isn’t…

The cleanliness of the vacation villas was stellar. Not to mention the staff was extremely wonderful . Every time we entered the building we were greeted and when we left someone was there to tell us to have a great day. The location was perfect, it was lovely to stay on property.
