It is a Beautiful hotel. Super clean.

Lovely staff, decent bed. Room wasn’t great. Lots of construction work happening which doesn’t make for restful sleep. I had to phone housekeeping for basics such as robe, body wash, shampoo. The showerglass was full of limescale and lots of mold amd damp walls in bathroom. Bit disappointing. But lovely staff.

Staff were great, facilities were excellent. Some parts of hotel looking a bit dated but very clean and rooms were spacious.

I am very annoyed with Expedia, we booked a room for 3 Adults and on arrival at hotel was told that expedia booked a standard double room. We had to upgrade to a larger room to accommodate us and pay an extra amount which I expect expedia to refund as we are good clients and use you often. This was just ridiculous to get to the hotel and be told this. We had to pay an extra £50 per night x 3 !!!!

For the family, it was really convenient with the apartment setup. With spacious rooms and a living area, we felt home.
