The hotel requires better upkeep and maintenance. The property shows signs of previous leaks and would benefit from repairs and regular maintenance. Additionally, the hotel’s overall appearance and amenities feel somewhat outdated.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square and were extremely happy with the hotel’s location, comfort, and overall experience. The location is fantastic and incredibly convenient for exploring Bangkok. It is within walking distance of MBK, Siam Discovery, and CentralWorld, with the BTS station also nearby, making it very easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and food options surrounding the hotel, so there is never a shortage of places to eat. Our room was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, with excellent air conditioning—especially welcome after being outside in Bangkok’s heat. The hot water was also consistently hot and reliable, just like being at home. We also tried the breakfast buffet. It was decent and had the basics, although for the price, we expected a somewhat larger selection and more variety. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location alone makes this hotel an excellent choice for anyone who wants to be in the heart of Siam, close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. We would happily stay here again!
