We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. I’m giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. I wrote to Expedia and the hotel to cancel the reservation. Expedia said they couldn’t refund the money because they needed to first receive the consent of the hotel and the hotel didn’t respond the hotel responded to me but also didn’t refund the money.

Very friendly and helpfull staff.
The local Masques loudspeakers start before dawn, they are not overly loud inside, but still woke up when they were playing.
Breakfast was adequate with many choices.
We would stay here again as there is no escape from the Masques loudspeakers.

Stayed for several days as a stop over to Sorong. Several activities available around the hotel. Staff was very helpful when transferring to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Good food, especially the Buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meals are a good value. Buffet breakfast included and it is an excellent value.

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, but with very limited English. The room was clean and the breakfast good and filling. But the room had no window (without any hint during booking) and unfortunately the hotel is very noisy. And the staff didn't manage to ask a few young people to calm down ..."
