Unfortunately the shuttle service has recently changed its pickup location from L3 to Terminal 2 without instructions or signs. All information available online or on the website for the shuttle service was still out of date. Calling the toll free phone line ends up talking to an AI bot giving the wrong information.
The hotel should have reached out with an email notifying the shuttle bay change, as well as making sure the online PDFs and website info are updated. This ended up wasting us so much time trying to find the shuttle, which is pretty much the only way to go to the hotel.
