Goregous hotel, the rooms were huge and very nice. The breakfast buffet was incredible we absolutely loved it, you could order a la cart aswell. The pool area was great and had a lovely view. Staff were kind and helpful 🙂 the location was good we couls walk to the metro

"The location, staff and cleanliness were excellent, I would have appreciated a bar / coffee shop in the hotel. I appreciate there are plenty of F&B outlets in the airport, but I expected something from the hotel for a peaceful spot."

Dont Just Ask Customer for Upgrade!
"The reception shouldnt just ask me whether i wanna upgrade or not. I wud hv upgraded if i wanted to. Instead, he should at least guide me where my room and the breakfast place are. The air conditioner is hard to adjust. It is always freezing and i had to turn off."
