The hotel had basic amenities, just good for a short stay. The receptionist was prompt with communication about airport shuttle.

The rooms are very small and the elevators, even smaller. However, the staff wss extremely helpful and kind. The location is close to many of the main sights that you want to see

Hotel location is not that convenient. Not a single train station is nearby. To go to any train station, you need to catch one of the buses. Even bus stops are at around 9 minutes walk. At night, coming back from those stops on the empty roads doesn't give safe vibes. Things that I thought were good; Maintenance is great. Staff is nice, and if you arrive before your check in time they allow you to put your luggage in the storage for free. Couple of supermarkets are nearby. Overall a decent hotel and stay.

Beautiful property in an excellent location! Totally walkable to all of the Rome sites. Staff was extremely personable and helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Would absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. - I would rate this property a 10 out 10!

Really great staff. Exceptional rooms - sizeable for Rome. Great breakfast. Lots of variety in a really nice room I just wish they had some kind of a fitness centre.

Large clean room. Amazing breakfast buffet. Air conditioned.

The hotel was beautiful, and so incredibly restful. Great transport links into Rome. The hotel had a shuttle that would take you into town. Sadly, the shuttle was very very unreliable. You had to book it in advance, and even then, we had to call the hotel several time to get them to pick us up. That was incredibly disappointing. If you don't have a local phone number and have to pay for foreign phone calls, I would not recommend. You will be stuck without a ride.
