My second stay at the Lombardy. Midtown isn’t my favorite location but you can’t beat the large rooms with kitchenettes. Bathrobes, free bottled water and lavazza coffee are nice perks.

Staff were all friendly and helpful! We got King Superior room. Bed were so comfortable. Kitchen was clean and there were 2 small fridges. Great location for tourists as the subway its on the same block. There is a great hole on the wall breakfast place on the same block that was so convenience and pretty cheap, nice cafe next door. It's located in the Korea Town -- Restaurants selections are amazing. Don'd forget to stop by the Food Court in a couple of blocks away on 32nd street.

Friendly staff! Great location adjacent to Lincoln park. Just a few blocks from Columbus circle and several subway connections. Starbucks, target and a late night gelateria steps away. Complementary water bottles are a great perk. Was under the impression you could enjoy a cocktail poolside while the kids cool off, but the restaurant is not affiliated with the pool. Otherwise, a great stay and would return

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel during our vacation. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time away. We also really appreciated the hotel’s amenities and overall atmosphere. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Overall, our experience was very enjoyable, and we would definitely consider staying here again on a future vacation. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our stay a memorable one!

Spent 2 nights here, had asked them to replace the hand soap bottle as it was not pumping, even after requesting it like 4 times it wasn't replaced after 36 hours.
