The room was at very basic condition, leaking shower tap and basin. The staff were great, room service and reception were great. The main pool is beautiful and clean but the infinity pool wasn't great specially with supper slippery area around the pool. The break fast at international restaurant was great. Japanese restaurant was perfect. Indian restaurant were bad. The Soho bar staff and service was trouble. The beach was much more better than what I was expected.

The stay at Maya was nice and the area was beautiful. The Villas are very peaceful as well as the whole property. There is a nice calm feeling at this resort as it feels secluded even though it is very close to the downtown Ubud area. The live performances at dinner were a fun addition; if that be the traditional dancing at the main restaurant or the band doing cover songs at the bar. We are giving Maya 4 stars rather than 5 because a lot of the amenities stopped between 5 and 7 which created multiple inconvenient experiences on trip. For example, the tram is a great amenity that takes guests to downtown Ubud but it only runs from 9am to 5pm. This is such an early time to be shutting down this amenity. In addition the pools and spa close at 7pm which seems very early. Regardless of the amenities, this was a very nice resort to have some calm and just be.

Spacious room and very friendly and accommodating staff. Pool area could use a little upgrade but was absolutely usable. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Attached Italian restaurant was so good we ate there twice. Nearby shopping for clothing, snacks, and coffee. Spa was lovely and the highlight of our stay!

The property is handy to the cafe's on the esplanade and to the harbour. Nice pool area etc. Friendly staff. The gym was pricy at around 150,000 per visit.So didn't use it. Very nice breakfast at a reasonable price

I had an amazing stay! The staff was very helpful, given that I arrived past midnight. The hotel was beautiful, the food was really good and so were the massages. Their location is the icing on the cake, walked for a little bit and was at the beach! Excellent in every way, will definitely come back! Terimakasi!

I have travelled at many resorts for over 30 years. And over 15 years with family. This resort was in the top 3 I’ve ever been too - and we’ve been everywhere. It may even be the best. It’s nothing short of stunning & very friendly / helpful staff.

The staff are extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. The property is nice and premium, close proximity to the golf course. Will stay here again!
