Cardamom Mountains Golf Holidays

Our room was dirty - leftover candy from likely the previous guests found on the carpet flooring and multiple dark stains on the ceiling over the bed and TV area. Housekeeping was poor - never refilled the body wash. We called the resort to request for body wash to be sent to our room. First we spoke with the AI assistant named “Red” - super frustrating experience and no solution provided. Then we called and finally got through to a real person, who took down our room number and said that body wash would be sent to us shortly. We waited over an hour - no body wash was ever delivered to us. Also, turn down service was typically not completed until much later in the day (after 1:00 PM). On one day, we returned to our room just after 3:00 PM and turn down service was not done - please note that we did NOT leave a DND sign up, this was removed prior to us leaving our hotel room earlier that day. We will not rush to stay at this property again. On another note, Copper Sun restaurant was fantastic, thanks to our server, Ken! Food was tasty and beautifully presented.
