Was very cool to see all the artwork and paintings all over the hotel. Staff was super friendly, english was good and breakfast was not just toast. The only negative was the TV volume was too low and we couldn’t turn it up. Maybe we could have asked someone to do it but we never did. The airport shuttle was not free but affordable and reliable.The rooftop pool was nice and was very shady.

This was my second stay at Hotel Villa Los Candiles, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is wonderfully quiet, the rooms are spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable, I slept like a rock!
What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Olga and Arlen in the restaurant are exceptional. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine effort to make every guest feel at home is something you rarely find. They made each meal feel special and personal.
I came back because of how great my first stay was and this visit just confirmed it: Villa Los Candiles is a true gem. I’ll definitely return again.
