Hotel is ok but before check in everything is working properly or not working. There staff need to check before entering in hotel room. TV program was not working properly. I have complaint then they upgraded my room and then everything was fine. Other wise staff were good.

They have all aspects covered from valley to check in, many food cuisine options, fun activities for children and adults and a seamless check out process with more than 1 persons helping you. We never waited in lines, staff were available and prompt at taking care of your needs. The property itself is stunning with many varieties of trees and lush green grass lawns for you to enjoy, they are meticulous about keeping the property aesthetically pleasing and people friendly. Rooms are very spacious and amenities were more than enough for families to enjoying a relaxing week away from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai
