The hotel staff is quite nice and welcoming. I recommend this hotel if you want to be in the center of Goa. It is very close to the beach. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of choices and the food is very tasty.

The best resort in Goa

We arrived early for check in so our suite wasn’t ready, but the staff provided us with a welcome drink, changing facilities and looked after our luggage whilst we went straight to the beach! Throughout our stay we felt extremely welcome, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and interacted with us at every opportunity. We never needed to open a door for ourselves and everyone smiled and said hello. The suites were immaculate and cleaned daily. The complimentary breakfasts were really good and the snack at tea time was a nice touch. We are extremely happy we chose the Astor.

This stay was in between north and south goa. So it felt very quiet and safe. Although, a bit of travel to attractions. Loved the room, and quietness and cleanliness of the property. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was limited but delicious.

Had a fantastic three-night stay at Storii by ITC Shanti Morada. Having stayed at six different hotels in Goa, this one easily stands out as my favorite. The food was excellent, the staff were exceptional, and the heritage décor added a unique charm to the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and personal. Shuhana and the team took the time to ask about my journey, presented me with a necklace, and gave me a detailed tour of both the property and my room. Rakish, at the service and bar, was outstanding—engaging, attentive, and consistently ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. Laltu truly made the experience feel like home. He always seemed to be around whenever I needed anything, offering help with genuine care and warmth. I also had the pleasure of meeting Arpit, who checked in on my stay and ensured everything was going smoothly. It was a thoughtful and classy gesture that added to an already memorable visit. Even during checkout, he was incredibly helpful and accommodated a late checkout to align with my airport transfer. I would highly recommend this hotel for its authentic Goan atmosphere, five-star service, and peaceful location in North Goa. If you do stay here, I encourage you to look out for and appreciate the wonderful team members—Laltu, Rakish, Shuhana, and Arpit—who truly make the experience special. The pool is by far the best I visited. The upper pool is large. Perfect Temp has easy steps and no children. The lower pool is for kids but it is far enough away you can't hear them. The beach is private, clean large and unobstructed views. Staff at noth the pool and beach provide towels and will serve refreshments.

Our 2-night stay at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, seamless, and truly luxurious. A special mention to Isha for her incredible help and patience during check-in. She made us feel welcomed and at ease right away, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The hospitality extended throughout the property was outstanding. Bagwant from the security team stood out for his courteous and attentive approach, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything felt safe and comfortable. We also deeply appreciate Haydin, the duty manager, who handled an issue we encountered with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, it was resolved so quickly that it barely disrupted our experience. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained spaces, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Every detail, from the rooms to the service, reflects the high standards you expect from Taj. Overall, it was a memorable stay, made even more special by the wonderful team. We’ll definitely be coming back.
