Location was great by the airport with small mall nearby.

Room is clean. Swimming is good. Free transport to airport and international Antantic Center. Staff is nice and helpful. Food is nice.

Very comfortable

Great location, a ferry runs to Queenstown every hour which is cheaper than an uber, several food options within the resort area which is convenient. The breakfast buffet was great value, wide range of options - highly recommend. During winter they included complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby. Lots of nice walking nearby and places to sit and relax, nice fireplace area outdoors near the main restaurant. Parking was mildly annoying, don’t use the underground carpark if you have a medium or big car as it is pretty tight to navigate. Just use the above ground / open gravel area to park and that’s also closer walking distance to the hotel entrance. If you arrive late you might struggle to find a parking spot, none are reserved. Pay by QR code for parking is easy, don’t have to pay for a full day either (first 3 hours free). Was fine after working that out. There was some miscommunication with some staff around buffet prices, but it got resolved promptly and they took care of everything. Do not use the service in the lobby for pre booking tours, as being a third party that makes it difficult to make changes or cancellations if you have to change plans due to weather etc. Not worth 5% discount for that hassle, plus they charge huge card fee so the savings aren’t worth it.

Very comfortable

It was a good location and I found the staff and facilities to be really good. Comfortable bed and good shower. Having staff at the desk 24 hours a day was also good.
