The property is dated. Thankfully the bed was comfortable enough to make me overlook the downside of the bathroom. The shower is very much like the hospital shower room. Sound proofing isn't that great as I can hear people running outside. Towels do have stains on them.

The stayed in a deluxe two bedroom apartment. It was clean and comfortable but was a like dated. The views are fantastic. It was quiet and perfect for a relaxing time away. It had aircon downstairs but none upstairs, this made it v hot up there, especially in the 2nd bedroom. We used the provided fans but they really need proper air con upstairs.

A top notch hotel. Upgraded to a lovely suite which had everything you need. Restaurant was brilliant - very nice food! The pool area was fab! Thank you for the stay

A great apartment, overlooking Lake Taupo. Perfect spot on the lake. Great appliances, clean modern kitchen, appliances and amenities; comfortable beds and great showers. Doesn’t get much better…

Stayed in the three bed, and were impressed with the size. Full lounge dining, with spectacular views across lake. Bathroom upstairs and downstairs, as well as a laundry with washer and drier. Kitchen was large and everything worked well, including coffee capsule machine. Facilities were great, used the BBQ a couple of nights. Swimming pool was well heated and kids loved it. There was also a pool table indoors which the adults had a great time using. Book library had a range of titles and the tv had a ton of channels (Sky, internet based, and regular) So even when raining no one was bored.
