Very clean and well located hotel in the centre. Nice compact room. Shower was excellent although air con was a bit temperamental. Breakfast was nice.

First off, we had an excellent checkin experience, and great site recommendations. The staff were great. The main issue was that the air conditioning did not work. This was reported to the front desk twice as the temp in the room went from 23C at checkin to 25.5C before dinner. The hotel rep went to the room when we reported the problem and fiddled with the thermostat. Seemed to work briefly when we went to sleep, but we woke up after midnight sweating at 27.5C. We opened the doors to the outside in order to cool down the room in the middle of the night. Reported this issue to the front desk at checkout.

Almost everything about this resort is excellent. Spotlessly clean, attentive and friendly staff, great accommodation and pools, little outdoor cinema showing English films each evening and then there is the food. I have never been much of a fan of buffet style meals, but the food and service provided here surpassed all expectations in both the quality and quantity. Truly amazing. Vast choice of fruit and salads, local dishes, oven baked pizza, pasta and roast meats and desserts to die for. You will be going back for more ! Drinks are a very reasonable price. Half price alcohol at happy hour between 4pm and 6pm. Mine’s a mojito 👍. The only negative is that it is situated such that you either need a car to travel anywhere, or avail yourself of organised trips. We did both to see the highlights of the island and delightful neighbouring Ithaka. But I missed the typical evening stroll and window shopping. It lacks a comfortable lounge although there is a music bar. There are sofas in reception but it’s a bit clinical and the air con is a bit too chilly there. Xi beach is a short stroll away. The weather was so hot during our stay that we didn’t go there as I believe there is little shade and that was a shame, but the pool made up for it. Umbrellas are fixed so no one can take more than one per two sun beds and reserving these with towels is technically not allowed. There is also an outdoor sofa area with shade. In all a great place and highly recommended.

Great stay with great staff that made the difference

Fantastic location, friendly staff and very well maintained property. Only downside is that we encountered was that the A/C was not strong enough to cool the upstairs of the suite we booked. Was far too warm.
