Really nice place and very polite staff specially the reception staff they are amazing. however, you need to keep you receipt of the deposit otherwise you won't get your money back.

We noticed that some upgrades and expansions were being made to the building, but there was no noise or disruption during our stay. Having tea available in the lobby throughout the day was also a lovely touch that made our visit even more enjoyable.

I stayed for 10 nights with my family and would like to really thank Nasser who was super helpful, friendly and kind to us all. His exceptional customer service made our experience even better. The location of the riad is super convenient and thoroughly enjoyed our stay whilst in Marrakesh - we hope to return one day!
