Beautiful property but it needs a refurbishment. This was my 4th stay over 10 years.

The buffet breakfast is awesome. The staff members are very friendly and helpful .

Breakfast was very good! Bathroom could be cleaner…everything for the most part was clean so after I noticed in the mirror grime behind the sink, I couldn’t unsee it (a little bit of a germaphobe). The staff was very kind and helpful and the pool was nice

This is the 4th time I have stayed here. It is my favourite hotel in Bangkok. The rooms are brilliant and the pool is amazing. The staff are just lovely people. The restarsnt is delightful. They are all just genuinely lovely people

Great location attached to the mall with lots of food and shopping

have been returning to COMO Metropolitan Bangkok since 2006, shortly after it opened, and it remains one of Bangkok’s most consistently excellent hotels. Year after year, the property delivers thoughtful management, contemporary design, great value, seamless check-in and check-out, impeccable upkeep, and truly warm hospitality. Even after its recent remodel, COMO has preserved the calm elegance and exceptional service that make it special. The staff are cheerful, devoted, and highly professional — a credit to a remarkable management team. After many stays, I still look forward to returning.

Rooms were spacious and clean, the property looks pretty well maintained. The service was also very prompt and welcoming. Location is very central to the main shopping district (right opposite platinum mall) - although there is heavy construction in the area our stay was undisturbed. The only downside is the traffic jam on tha main road due to the construction - opt to walk or the trains for travel instead of car.

The hotel was clean and well-kept, and its location near many shops was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My only issue was that the toilet paper rolls were quite small, and only one was provided; with three of us staying for four nights, we had to request additional rolls multiple times.
