The hotel itself is a little old and tired but it goes with the city! The bar on the roof was always out of wine but the other bar which is just one floor below always had wine but they never would take a bottle or two up which I didn’t understand. Hotel in a great location, didn’t matter which way you walked when you came out of the hotel all directions had something to offer.

The hotel is extremely clean, well maintained, quiet and comfortable - while being at the centre of district 1. But the highlight are the staff that make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive - whether that’s by greeting in front of the hotel and helping with luggage or taking care to show around the amenities of the room. It’s a huge accomplishment for the staff to be available and attentive at a compact yet busy facility like this one. Kelly has been a particular star who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a food poisoning I acquired when eating out - including even making a booking at a local clinic and the best raw ginger tea I’ve had in my life.

This is a fantastic hotel, super clean,the room had everything, and the buffet breakfast was the best i have ever had in all my travels, its quiet at night, the staff are excellent
