Condition of room - poor, broken side lamp, finally repaired or replaced on last full day. headboard broken and away from wall.
AC - Industrial sound levels
Bathroom clean, but very small, poor quality previous refurb.

We loved our stay here. The staff was great. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Great offerings. Our only complaint was that the room was incredibly humid. Lowering the temperature wasn’t enough to counteract it. The overall stay was great but the high humidity made it very uncomfortable to sleep.

Harrah's has everything right where you need it. Excellent food court. We loved Ramsay's. The pool was very relaxing too, It could use some more umbrellas. I'd have loved it even more if it were open in the evening. We really enjoyed the Michael Jackson show. It was nice to do everything in one place.
