This property is in the perfect location to see all the sights in NYC! The room was excellent, with a side view of Times Square and the breakfast was the perfect start to each day! I would definitely recommend and go back!

This was our second time staying at the Conrad. Taylor who checked us in early was very friendly and helpful. The one bedroom suite itself was nice, clean, definitely noticed alot of wear and tear throughout the room. The showers rainfall didnt stay on, the tub wouldnt stay full. When I called guest service only a busy signal came on. We requested a crib and extra bedding. They delivered the crib right away, but forgot the bedding. I had to call again at midnight. We also had $100 in food and beverage, most of the place were closed, except Viva and they refused to honor it. The staff there was terrible. Overall the customer service throughout the resort wasnt great. Next trip we will stay at Encore or the Cosmopolitan, the customer service at those properties are levels better.
