The room is clean and tidy. The facility is great and the staff are all friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the pool, because the pool has a lot of floating insects on the surface and there’s no flow/movement in pool water. Everything is perfect, it would be great if they can fix the pool.

One of the smallest Ritz compare to the other ones. There isn’t much to do, very limited amenities and no beach front. Though the hotel have free shuttle to the 2 near by beaches, I don’t think the prices really justified itself compare to the other ritz properties. I guess I was expecting more from ...

Fantastic customer service from the hotel reservations team. Our flight was delayed for a day and the hotel was so accommodating to waive the cancellation charges for the 1st night. I would highly recommend this hotel just for this point.
