the Hotel, It Was kind of A, Old Luxury, Hotel, Nevertheless All Was Very Well maintained, excellent Location, Cano, be Better It, This In Front of A, Luxury, Mall Where, I can have plenty of food, shopping, Even supermarket, In The Other Side One Rd., Away del Was Another Small shopping center Full of restaurant, they Close very late night 10 P.M. so we were able to get food or anything else we needed From Outside, There is also Subway Station in shopping Center, Breakfast Was Incredible, plenty of Choices to eat, Two chef on site for cooking noodles or cooking omelette, loro, Western Food and Chinese Food available. The Best I Can Say, Rooms, Were OK, Just Right, the bed was the most comfortable bed. I've Been so far, Hotel, Very clean sheets, and all else, negativo can be strong Smell of cigarette in corridors, and Everywhere, supposed to be a non-smoking, Hotel, but De, Smells of cigarette is incredible. High Everywhere You go special, corredores, and elevator. (perhaps The Only Downside, Concierge Was Very helpful, Always, they even ordered it online from the locks for our suitcase, and paid for us. (we paid them, Back Later, Cleaning every day, even if we left late, Afternoon housekeeping was getting into the Room. cleaning everything, Always Replace For Bottle of water has complementary For The Hotel, which I Never, Seen It in Another, Hotel I Was impress de Richard Slow For So Good Hotel, I Will Say Better Value x money in Shanghai

Perfect location , phantastic views - rooms start on the 39th floor up to 50something

I've staying in 4 different hotels and Kerry was one of the best specially with $100 extra we get free breakfast, snacks and dinner and access to playground. their Gym and pools were the best in any other hotel I ever travelled around the world. their staff was carer and friendly. location was great and next to Shanghai international expo.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, spacious room, excellent location and an amazing breakfast. Within walking distance to pedestrian street and nearby shopping and restaurants. Several metro stations within 10mins walk away and the Bund also a 20min walk away. You could not ask for a better location really, and the upper floors gave a decent view over the city skyline. The staff were very helpul and perfectly pleasant. We had no issues at all even with the obvious language barrier, they seemed appreciative that we were trying even though all we knew was barest basics. Breakfast had foods to cater for several cultures. There was some shanghai / chinese based fair, what I've taken to probably be Korean based given the kimchi? & European continental fare. So you could have cereals or congee, pastry or pork buns, fried breakfast or salad & fruit - or any combination really. It set us up for the long days really nicely. My only gripe is that aside from english breakfast tea there was no other teas available. I love a cup of tea in the morning, but detest eng breakfast. Fortunately the coffee was good. However if someone wanted a hot drink that wasn't caffeinated there wasn't any options. My only other criticism was that the air con / heating didn't allow itself to be adjusted (or wss broken), the room was quite warm, almost uncomfortably so, and although we kept the window open alot, at the height we were at, it (the window) didn't open very much. Would stay there again!

Safe and clean compared to some other hotels in Europe and North America.
