Very nice aparthotel. The staff is nice and spoke English. We stayed in a studio with twin beds and the amenities suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen, washing machine and gym were perfect for our needs. There is shopping and Starbucks nearby. My only suggestion is the lobby can use some updating. Overall, very good place to stay if traveling with family.

I had a great experience during my stay. I want to especially recognize Oliver at the reception for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond to help me sort out my reservation and made sure that my extended stay was properly approved with the agent. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
One small suggestion for the hotel: it would be wonderful to have halal food options on the breakfast menu

"This is a hotel you can escape from Shanghai and spent a weekend . Very crowded parking lots, and guests smoking freely in the hallways are the major issues. You would also not expect any western food in the breakfast."
