Pool and Sauna should be accessible until 11pm or later, only had 1 towel in my room, when asked for someone to drop it off, was told I can just pick it up from reception, had a card to Greg on my bed, my name is not Greg, so not sure if the room was even cleaned before my arrival as it was not the day after and only cleaned 2/3 nights. Still would stay again, staff were pleasant and you have a brewery and a sauna, which is more than I expected and made me stay in the hotel longer than I would have otherwise.

Very lovely staff and excellent customer services.
Elevators in building super are slow. Rooftop pool and spa areas very wet. Need more wet floor signs or rubber floor mats.
My room, the sink faucet at hand basin was leaking when tap in use and leaked all over the bench and floor. I didn’t realise it to later on. Just tripping hazards and reported it.
