Room was clean. Bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Very centrally located with ease of access to all surrounding shops and casinos

We really enjoyed our stay at Mandalay Bay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and facilities are excellent — perfect for families and kids. The location is decent, with the monorail to Excalibur making it easy to get around since it’s a bit far to walk to the main strip. The only downside was not being able to use the in-room fridge, as the mini bar is sensor-controlled and there’s an extra charge just to store personal items, which seems unreasonable. Overall though, it’s a great resort with plenty to enjoy.
