"No elevator in hotel and no staff to help seniors carrying luggages up to the 2nd floor. Our room looked clean but we were bitten by bedbugs every night. Very difficult to find any staff at reception for help. Housekeeping only changed our sheets and did nothing about the bedbugs infested mattresses. ..."
