"Staff were great but there were very clear signs of wear and tear which for the price was poor. Outside seating area was very worn and tired. Black mould in the corner of the room. Threadbare bath mat. For £800+/night the upkeep of the room should have been a lot better."

"This hotel, as you would expect, is immaculate. Special notice must be given to the grounds keeping staff. I have never stayed at a property with such well-manicured flowers and fauna.
