Great location with amazing beach views and very comfortable bed. During our 5 night stay one of the escalators was out of action. The shower was covered in mould and I had to request on two separate occasions for someone to come and clean it. No restock on toilet paper, tissues etc - had to approach the cleaning service in the hall for these items.

The natural surrounds are beautiful and the gardens are very well maintained.
However, the owners need to invest a lot more money in maintaining and updating all of the buildings throughout the resort. They are looking very run down and tired. The owner also needs to invest money in hiring more staff as they were few and far between.
The Alcove outdoor bar/al fresco is advertised as being open from 11am everday but we we waited until 12 and it still wasn't open.
