Great small hotel with excellent breakfast. Friendly staff, good location.

The staff were excellent in dealing with our complaint about the noise coming from other rooms and the street outside. Shifted us to a higher room but the noise is an issue

Loved my stay there!! Coming back to Athens just for cocomat again

The pluses with this property is that it is a pretty boutique hotel with a nice breakfast and cocktail area, plus outdoor seating. The suites were large and well appointed. The challenge is that it is next door to a very busy loading area so there were trucks coming and going and the air quality wasn't good. It is also not a disability friendly property so keep that in mind. The elevator malfunctioned and had to be reset a few times and the stairway has no handrails. There are no safety rails in the shower area and the marble shower floor is very slippery. My roommate fell in the shower and was told by the front desk staff that other guests had reported that they needed a safety rail in the shower as well and they had "noted it." Overall I would recommend this property, but take care especially if you are an older guest.

From the check in the staff tried hard to make you buy stuff like spa treatments and wine bottles. They required pants to enter their restaurants and quite frankly I understand no beach wear, but pants in a beach hotel is to much. To see the mexican show they required to buy a wine bottle that are marked up 300% at least. If you are a smoker, get ready to be chased out their property
