Clean room, comfortable bed, thoughtful amenities provided including organic facial cleanser. Good breakfast with sufficient choices and comes with pleasant view of the airport. Very convenient to get to as Hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle. Pick up from the airport was just outside an enclosed waiting room at Haneda airport which was really pleasant in a cold winter night.

Nice location close to the shinjuku station and walking distance to lots of places to shop and eat. The room was clean, warm and comfortable bed.

Property and staff were absolutely amazing. Loved the breakfast options, gorgeous views. I’ve stayed in many rooms in Tokyo over the years and I have to say I’m most impress with this one.
Only downside is that to get to a more central location will take a bit longer. Great if you’re flying out with Haneda soon!

really enjoyed our time this hotel. we didn’t eat breakfast there. but the staff was great and it’s quite convenient to dining shopping & transportatiin.
