Central location of all activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food, Vietnamese traditional and western choices. Rooftop bar was a super place to watch fireworks during holidays. In short, no regrets to stay there for our Hanoi visit trip. Thank you the whole hotel team. Keep up the excellent work.

We had a wonderful stay at grand du lac hotel, the service was excellent from the check in , breakfast menu (reminded by Ben through a late morning call) and until check out
One of the staff (Camellia) also helped my wife gets her dried peach sweets from local store, they really went above and beyond to make us happy
We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we come to Hanoi in the future
