Laundry setup was nice but the dryer need maintenance big time. Strange smeel on the carpet in the room but overall very satisfied

Sejong is in a perfect location, right next to the metro station and markets but not ok noise. The service was very good and efficient. However, there was some mould in the bathroom and the shower didn’t work properly. There are also 24hr protests outside the hotel due to unfair dismissal, which we wish we’d known before staying.

Booked hotel for Gym (poor small limited & air con over the 1 main multi gym but but not running machine, suitable for 2, 3 max) Heated pool just warm enough for swim). Otherwise room staff & breakfast (only there 3 days longer may become boring) excellent. If was not for Gym would have given this 5

The staff were very friendly from check-in all the way to check-out.
Everyone spoke English fluently, and were very accommodating throughout the stay.
It was an overall great experience.
