TV had some built in volume control could barely hear it. Had to turn the air conditioner off to hear the tv. Oh and coffee in the morning was so thin and see through like water. Is it really that hard to put an extra couple of scoops in. Coffee drinkers like coffee to taste like coffee. Otherwise great...

The hotel was clean and the amenities all felt new- fantastic, clean fitness center, large laundry facilities (requires quarters), and large back porch. The room was spacious, bed and towels were clean, and great...
"I am submitting this complaint because the condition of my hotel room was unacceptable. Upon entering the room, I found multiple roaches, visible mold, and dirty conditions throughout the room. The bathroom and other surfaces appeared unclean, and the overall condition raised serious concerns about health and sanitation."
