The staff at the outdoor bar were awful. Need to do some customer service training. We were visitors, but with family that live there. They said that’s why they don’t come there, service is always awful. Pay attention, you have a nice place there.

The online checking made it super easy to check in, keys were ready and waiting for us at the front desk. Staff was friendly, pool area was nice, breakfast was nothing fancy but was ok. Definitely would stay there again
