Everything was excellent. All the staff was very friendly

Llovely friendly hotel - one of the very few with direct beach access. Great buffet breakfast. Good WiFi. Three pools with plenty of sun loungers and more on the beach. A special mention for the receptionists who were so kind and helpful. Would definitely return.

We had the most beautiful stay at The Pearl Hoi An and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. The resort itself is stunning — the rooms are modern, bright, spotless and feel so fresh and new. The pool area is incredible, the beachfront location is gorgeous, and there’s even a lovely little strip of eateries just a short walk outside the resort which was super convenient. The food throughout our stay was consistently amazing — from daily breakfast to high tea and lunch, everything was delicious. Cocktails were a little on the lighter side, but the beer was cold and perfect, so no complaints there! What truly made our stay unforgettable though was the staff. Every single person we encountered — from reception to security to the drivers — were so kind and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Tracy N, Amy V and especially Chau Chao. Chau Chao went above and beyond for us every single day, helping organise transport, activities and anything we needed. One day she even stayed back after her shift just to assist us when we were returning from Old Town — such a genuinely beautiful and caring person. We are so incredibly grateful. The only small downside was that some of the shops and restaurants within the resort appeared to be closed, but it didn’t take away from our experience at all. We truly hope they reopen in the future. Overall, such a stunning resort with exceptional service — we would absolutely return!

Wonderful boutique hotel close to the beach with tasteful rooms and an excellent non-buffet breakfast. The staff are kind and attentive and always willing to help.

The poolside was comfy exxellent Shuttle bus was very good though we were waiting a bit too long and the meeting place for tge shuttle bus was bot clear at first but after we rang the office everything happened smoothly
