7.4/10 Good! (9,433 reviews)
Great location, we were easily within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Midtown Manhattan and Central Park. The staff were not only professional but were also very welcoming and friendly, especially at the breakfast buffet each morning. And we really enjoyed breakfast! Between our picky eater and some dietary restrictions, each of us was able to have a delicious and complete meal to start our day. We will definitely stay here again.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (4,026 reviews)
I had a great experience with Hotel RIU, the staff was very friendly and welcoming! Everything touristy is super close and easy to get to, with most distances being 20-minute walks, if you’re not comfortable with taking the subway. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future!!
