The room was dirty and neglected, chair on veranda broke when I sat in it, doors did not close properly so mosquito and large red ants came in at night, bathroom had electricity plug next to shower so not safe to use, kitchen did not have utensils to cook a meal. While resort and rooms were spotless. Staff were more than polite at all times and couldn't do enough for me. Manager even made a point of going around and welcoming everyone by the pool and breakfast time. Would 100% recommend and I will certainly visit again.
