We really loved the location and staff at this hotel - the view is BEAUTIFUL over-looking the lake and was the highlight of the hotel and they've created cute decks in front of each room which are nice to relax on. The main reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because the pillows are terribly big and hard, we had to sleep with our heads on the mat every night or we would end up with a stiff neck! But overall it was a great place to stay in La Fortuna!
