Had a great weekend. Location is great. Walking distance to seaport. Bed was comfortable. My daughter in law loved that there were 4 pillows. Nice surprise that the bathroom floor was heated.
TV remote needed a battery. Told front desk as we were leaving for dinner. Replaced by the time we were back.
Lounge on Pearl street is lovely. Tasty small plates available.
Definitely recommend this hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but very comfortable and super clean. Water pressure in the shower was amazing, my husband and I found the bed and bedding superb.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
Although at a prime location, the property is overpriced. Cramped rooms. Cramped bathroom. Poorly designed rooms and bathroom. Few charging plug points. Charging adapters don’t fit snugly into them as well so inconsistent charging. Bathroom towels kept closer to the floor at the level of the toilet bowl- unhygienic. So only plus point will be its location at walking distance to Time Square.
