Great service, good food, lovely room and helpful staff.

I have stayed here twice and will certainly stay again. Even though the cable car goes by quite frequently I was not bothered. Staff are lovely, location excellent for ChCh cbd, facilities good. Bed “ok”. Linens nice. Lots of hot water and water pressure good. Towels a little flimsy. There is no heat pump but there are wall heaters and a portable air con unit. Great to have plunger coffee and a nice wee kitchen. Also nice to have a balcony.

parking on the road was not so great had to walk a long way with bags not so good for the elderly

great boutique hotel.. w friendly and helpful staff.. food at the restaurant is excellent.. rooms are clean and spacious.. beds and linen are comfy.. location is riggt beside hagley park and walking distance to riverside.

Apartment room was tiny with barely room to move around the bed, but quiet and dark for sleeping. Like that it was walking distance to places to eat. Wished coffee had been supplied for both nights we were there and that sugar packets were not old and caked.
